From the 31 July to 7 August 2010, Cowes week is one of the largest sailing regatta worldwide attracting over 1000 yachts and 8000 competitors, as well as a huge number of spectators. It has a very exciting race schedule together with a full social programme ashore throughout the whole week. Cowes Week racing takes place on the Solent, a challenging stretch of water, with strong tides and the changeable British summer weather ensuring competitive yacht racing.

This yacht has raced in the toughest and most demanding oceans – demonstrating its outstanding seaworthiness. The yachts are safe and seaworthy in ultimate conditions and are optimised for heavy upwind (Southern Ocean) conditions, but perform in a wide variety of environments. It is possible for all guests to participate in sailing the yacht safely whether they have little or no sailing experience.
