The YACHT Monaco1 Grand Prix 2011

The most glamorous race of the year- the tight and twisting street course around the Principality is the one race that every driver wants to win. Precision driving is not just important at Monaco, it is essential. No other track on the F1 calendar is as unforgiving, nor do they demand the same levels of concentration. Maximum downforce settings mean that the cars are almost bolted to the track and with barely enough room for two cars to drive side-by-side, overtaking is a luxury rarely afforded. Despite all this, or maybe because of this, the winner’s trophy remains one of the most coveted prizes in global motorsport.

With its global TV audience, Grand Prix Motor Racing is the biggest annual sport series on earth and Silverstone is widely recognised as one of the fastest circuits. This promises to be a special season with McClaren’s all British “Dream Team” of world champions, Jenson Button & Lewis Hamilton.

Our hospitality venue is situated at ‘trackside’ inside Copse Corner (just past the start of the race) in an elevated position, allowing your guests to be as close to the action as possible. Also included is a private grandstand offering panoramic views of the F1 cars as they accelerate down towards Becketts, through one of the most awesome sequences of corners in the world. Your grandstand is conveniently located adjacent to the hospitality facility and each guest has a reserved seat all day.

Friday is official practice day, with drivers and riders competing for the best positions on the starting grids for the races to come. Lap after lap, cars and motorcycles will be taken to the limit in search of those final few tenths of a second that will decide who starts at the front. There is also the annual Bonhams sale of priceless historic cars and motor racing memorabilia.
Saturday sees the racing get underway with the drivers and riders jousting for those much-coveted Goodwood trophies and the honour of being a Goodwood winner. Highlights of the programme will be the Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy race for motorcycles, the hugely popular St Mary’s Trophy for saloon cars and the post-war Grand Prix cars fighting for grip as they battle for the Goodwood Trophy. Saturday is also Ladies’ Day where the most spectacular forcks are on show.
Sunday features what, for many fans, is the highlight of the weekend’s racing, the Royal Automobile Club TT Celebration race for some of the world’s most valuable racing cars. These are beautiful GT cars that, in days gone by, contested the famous Tourits Trophy races. In the air, as ever, will be the Spitfires and Hurricanes that flew from Goodwood to fight the Battle of Britain. The day culminates in the Prize Giving ceremony where Lord March awards his much-coveted prizes and medals. Memories are made of this.

Salavadori Pavilions
Salvadori Pavilions offer you any combination of seating, from a table for two in the restaurant, a table of 10 in a shared pavilion to your own private pavilion for 30 guests and upwards. Whatever your choice you will enjoy a delicious three course lunch, attentive service and a private garden area which offers magnificient views right onto the track.

The Italian Grand Prix is one of the longest running events on the motor-racing calendar and it’s the fastest course in the F1 diary but one that demands real skill and vision.

Our hospitality venue is situated on the ground floor of the new hospitality building positioned immediately after the starting grid. The guests watch the race from the lateral left grandstand situated in front of the Hospitality building with visibility over the starting grid, reachable through an underpass.

Le Mans is a 24 hour event and hospitality is not only about entertainment but also survival! Our Trackside Lounge in the Maison Blanche area of the Circuit is informal whilst still offering the services and facilities that are essential to ‘survive’ a 24 hour event.

If you appreciate a rest for an hour in very civilised surroundings, some good food and the pleasures of a well run bar, then the Trackside Lounge is as important as an entrance ticket to the event itself. TVs with live coverage of the race keeping you informed of all the action.

Friday provides an opportunity for enthusiasts not only to gaze at a dazzling collection of cars and bikes, both old and new, but also to enjoy action on the hill climb and rally stage with the first high speed practice runs.
Saturday is the official practice day, when two hundred of the rarest cars and motor cycles are put through their paces up the hill.
Sunday sees the culmination of the hill climb competition as competitors battle for class and outright awards.

Hill & Gurney Pavilions
Hill and Gurney are the ultimate way to enjoy the Festival of Speed, with the best view of the action from the balconies of these pavilions. Both are sited on the outside of the track and as a result, they are the perfect locations to watch the drivers screeching through the right-hand bends towards the pavilions and accelerating out onto the fastest stretch of the track in front of Goodwood House. Tables of 10 are and private pavilion of 30 people available.

Library Lawn
Ideally suited for groups of any size, the Library Lawn enjoys a grandstand seat on the main straight, an ideal location to enjoy the track action. If there was ever a city deserving a F1 Grand Prix, it is Valencia. The new Port area is almost designed to be a race circuit and it is rightly being promoted as the new ‘Monaco’.

Our exclusive venue located in the Omega Beach Terrace is a glass-enclosed beach terrace looking out onto the beautiful beach. The interior will evoke a relaxed club with funky lounge-type seating arranged around low tables and these are combined with high bar tables and stools.
