
Catch a Star
Outdoor or Indoor Game
Catch a Star is a classic family game where you have to throw your rope quoit onto a star to score points.
The central star is worth three points whilst all the outer stars are worth one point. The aim of the game is to score as many points from possible from six rope quoits.
The game can be played in a variety of ways and is suitable for players or all ages.
Game Rules
Game Setup

Equipment: The game consists of Catch a Star board, 6 blue quoits and 6 red quoits

Distance: one player stands six feet away from the board.
Gameplay
Starting the Game: A coin toss determines which player or team goes first. Players take turns attempting to throw their coloured quoit onto the stars to score as many points as possible. The first player to score 21 points wins!
Each player takes alternating throws at the board attempting to land their quoits onto the chosen star.
The first player to score 21 points is the winner of the game.
Additional Rules

Players must only use their weaker hand to throw the quoits.

Player can only throw each quoit once. Total the points at the end of the round to determine the winner.
